Stockfish Cod Fillets are unsalted, air-dried cod fish, commonly used in Nigerian, West African, and Scandinavian cuisines. In Nigeria, they’re known as “Okporoko” and are a classic addition to traditional soups and stews, especially Egusi, Ogbono, and vegetable soups.
